B&B in Scarborough South Cliff Apartment

Light and airy room with small double bed (4ft) - solo travellers only Simple but comfy, Modern home in the South Cliff area of Scarborough close to Prince of Wales Terrace and a 10 min walk to the Esplanade and the Italian Gardens. 15 min walk to town centre. On street parking between 9am-5pm is restricted to 3hrs - the parking restrictions are lifted just a few streets away if you don't mind a 2 minute walk. Private entrance to the flat (14 steps down to the front door) with small outside area which is decked. Secluded/private and quiet Guest access Private room, use of kitchen for breakfasts and making drinks though the day/evening. OK to use microwave in evening also. dining area, bathroom and shower room. Small outside decked area. ****PLEASE NOTE - my lounge is private with no access to guests. During your stay I work shifts so may not always be around - or may sleep late . BREAKFAST is a help yourself affair, nothing fancy just cereals & milk and toast/butter/jam/marmalade with tea, coffee. And of course you are welcome to make yourself teas and coffees throughout the rest of the days/evenings if you are home. Please note : other than what is mentioned for breakfast, the rest of the items in the fridge are for host use only. I hate to mention but I have had previous guests literally help themselves to anything. Other things to note BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS - 2 night minimum stay please. Room facilities include TV (DVD player and selection of films) and hairdryer/straighteners. CHECK IN Time after 3.00pm - 8.00pm - any later by arrangement only as I am a shift worker and my partner goes to bed at 8.30pm due to extremely early start for work. This means later check in is only possible when I am on rest days or day shifts (6 out of 9 days) CHECK OUT time by 11.00 am - any later by arrangement only (dependant on whether I have a new guest checking in)
