Charming accommodation for active recreational vacationers

The vacation home is suitable for 6-10 people! Especially for families or groups who want to actively relax during their stay, as there is no real living room with sofa/armchair. For cyclists, nature & horse lovers, the area has plenty to offer! Look forward to a small, very cozy vacation home. Furnished with love in a rural style, it reflects the charm of the surroundings. Centrally yet quietly located, it invites you to a pleasant stay. The space So far, cycling groups, families, wedding guests and horse lovers have felt very well taken care of with me. The entire house is divided into two wings. The rear wing is occupied by the landlord. The front wing is converted into an apartment and is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with terrace. A bedroom with bathroom (shower/toilet), TV, wardrobe, table, chair and a small terrace. The living and dining area is equipped with chairs and tables. The adjoining, green terrace, with a small fountain, invites you to barbecue and linger on mild summer evenings. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, each with a bathroom (shower/toilet), TV, wardrobe, table and chair. Two armchairs with a small table in the hallway offer you the opportunity to look up the sights of the area in the maps and information material. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Parking in front of the house and a lockable garage with an e-bike charging station for bicycles are also available free of charge. Guest access Kitchen, living/dining area, terrace, bedroom, bathrooms, hallway and entrance area. Other things to note There is no real living room with sofa area. A small flat-screen TV is located in each bedroom, so you can watch TV from bed or from the desk. You can stay together in the living/dining area for breakfast, lunch and dinner or for game nights. The terrace is at your disposal for a joint barbecue evening.
