Green oasis in Hamburg's north

I offer well-equipped accommodations in a spacious house: large room, comfortable couch, satellite TV, fast Wi-Fi, dining table and desk, double bed for 2 people, kitchen, and private bathroom, plus 2 sleeping spaces in the basement. The base price refers to 1-2 people. Additional guests pay €40 per night. 4 people are possible on request. The rental price includes the culture and tourism tax. There is a terrace with garden furniture in a beautiful garden. The space The house is located in a quiet residential area in the north of the city in the immediate vicinity of the Fritz-Schumacher settlement, which is known far beyond Hamburg. It is well connected to the bus and train and is characterized by its proximity to the airport. There are also 2 hospitals in the district: Asklepios Klinik Nord Heidberg and Ochsenzoll, as well as a radiological center. The house has a beautifully landscaped garden. A private terrace is available to my guests. If you like it green and quiet after the hustle and bustle of the lively city center, this is the place to be. A small oasis in the north of Hamburg. Guest access The beautiful south-facing terrace is well suited for breakfast, lunch and ending the day in the evening. There is also a grill that can be operated with charcoal. The living/bedroom on the first floor is spacious and furnished to a high standard. A crib is available and can be set up at any time if needed. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Many spices, oils, tea, coffee, filter bags, etc. are included in the inventory. A dishwasher (Miele) is of course available. You have your own modern shower/bathroom. Towels, soap and shower bath etc. are available. Guests arriving by car can park safely and comfortably on the driveway in front of the house. During your stay Most of the time I will be there in person for check-in and check-out and can help you with questions or give tips.
