Beautiful Seaside home

Beautiful, quiet, private modern house with superb access to the sea & beaches, which can be seen from the house. With all modern amenities provided, this is a lovely family home, cozy and relaxed. With 4 large bathrooms and super king sized beds, this is a very luxurious holiday home. Sitting on over an acre of gardens, there is a sun trapped patio complete with gas barbeque and outdoor furniture. There is parking for over 5 cars too. The space The open plan kitchen has all modern facilites and a lovely large wood burning stove. It opens out on to the sun patio, with gas barbeque and garden furniture. There is also a utility room, with washing machine, all just off the kitchen. The living room is a complete sun trap and in the evenings there is another wood burning stove to make the place really cosy. For the teenagers, we have a completely separate building in the garden with a bunk bed, sofa bed and bathroom, so they can have their own space to relax. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the house and outhouse, along with the extensive garden and patio. There is also lots of private car parking Other things to note There is a gas barbeque supplied however, due to Irish weather conditions, it is not available in the winter months, from October to April, unless specifically asked for.
