Summit View Chalet @ Stratton is the ideal VT retreat, Minutes from Manchester, directly across the entrance from Stratton's 27 Hole Championship Golf Course. Beautifully remodeled! Relax in the hot tub on the deck with direct summit views in any season. Enjoy shuttle access to lifts, minutes from snowmobiling, hiking, fine dining and shopping. Comfortable accommodations for 6 adults and 5 children. Perfect for 2 families to enjoy any season in Southern Vermont's beautiful Green Mountains! The space The home was recently renovated with a total of 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms! Amenities include a Large TVs with cable, high speed wireless internet, deck with hot tub and BBQ, Sauna, fireplace, firepit, + more! The house is directly on the Stratton shuttle route that operates during the day on winter weekends and winter holidays (Dec, Jan, Feb, March)! The house is also close to multiple state parks and if you want to check out another mountain there are 4 other ski mountains driving distance from the house! A few items to note: -The house has a pack and play that can be used. -Dogs visit the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into consideration -You are more than welcome to bring your dog, we just ask that you keep him/her off furniture and beds as it’s difficult to get the hair off and please pick up outside if in trafficked areas. If you would like to bring more than one dog please just reach out for pre-approval. -The house is family friendly but isn’t kid / baby proofed -Shuttle operated by Stratton Resort, we aren’t in control of schedule or changes in service due to weather, etc. -We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles during winter months as the driveway has an incline -There is an exterior security camera facing the driveway -The house does not have air conditioning. There are fans in all of the bedrooms and living room. Summer is generally cooler in the mountains and it also cools down a lot at night so we find it comfortable just opening the screened windows to get a nice cross breeze and using fans to circulate the air if necessary. -Maximum occupancy is 8
