THIS PROPERTY IS PROPERLY REGISTERED AND LICENSED TO HOST! EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking. *MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property. *RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed. *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 12, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. *PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fee for any unauthorized pets. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
