The kitchen is fully stocked for any and all cooking needs. Includes coffee maker with fresh coffee beans, assorted tea and hot cocoa. Comfort: The home comes with 3 hvac zones equipped for air conditioning or heating to your desired comfort. 2 pack & plays and 1 high chair are included in the home for use during your stay. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home excluding the RV garage and owners closet. Other things to note The hot tub is heated year-round and complimentary to guests. The pool is also available to guests during season: May thru October (subject to weather). The pool will be maintained at 75 degrees. Guests who would like to pay $75/day to have the pool heated to 86 degrees are welcome to message us directly ahead of check-in. The city of Heber maintains strict rental rules which include: - Quiet hours between 10:00pm - 7:00am - No vehicles are permitted to park on the street or sidewalk at any time - Max occupancy of 16 guests - No parties - No illegal fireworks or bonfire Additional home rules: - No smoking - No pets
