Villa Beth is situated in the exclusive location of Puntaldia, a luxury enclave for golf and boat lovers, just few kilometers far from the town of San Teodoro, which offers many restaurants, markets, bars, concerts and evening entertainment. It is a unique accommodation as it is located by the sea and in front of a golf field at the same time. The space The area is surrounded by amazing beaches made of white sand, such as Lu Impostu, La Cinta and the famous Cala Brandinchi and by the islands of Tavolara and Molara, which have beautiful small inlets of granitic rocks surrounded by crystalline water. This charming property is composed of five bedrooms: four double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, three bathrooms and a big, new, private pool of design. Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and approval by the owners. Air conditioning in the living room and in four bedrooms contribute to more comfort during the hottest days. A huge garden with sea view and manicured green lawn, a big gazebo with barbecue facing the sea will afford you to enjoy relaxing and lovely dinners together with your family or friends. Golf players will appreciate the "Golf Club Puntaldia" which enjoys seaviews. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €2.500,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay. In the event of damages or failure to comply with the villa’s rules, the agency reserves the right to withhold an amount corresponding to the damages incurred.
