Nice cottage at Boeslum Strand/Ebeltoft, located only 200 meters from a beautiful beach. The space The house is 62 m2 with 3 rooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/living room. The 5 beds are divided into 3 rooms: - Room 1: double bed of 180 cm., - Room 2: double bed of 140 cm, - Room 3: 1 1/2 bed of 120 cm. There is also a loft with 5 extra beds. There is a vertical ladder to the loft, so you have to be careful with older people/small children. There is also a shelter in the garden that sleeps 4 people. On both sides there are large terraces (to the east and west). There is a good outdoor space with a fireplace as well as a carport for the car. It is possible to borrow 2 bicycles by appointment. I have no demands on guests, other than that they take care of my house and my good neighbors. I have had a bad experience before, where a party was held and hence some damage to the house and surroundings, so I would kindly refrain from renting for parties, bachelor parties, etc. Other things to note In addition to the rent, there will be a settlement for electricity and water usage on departure.
