The guest room is located on the ground floor of a two-story 8 party house of a residential project (https://www.lebensart-rotenburg.de/). The intergenerational, ecological and accessible residential building with the park-like garden and swimming pond, as well as cultural events, supports the cohabitation of the community. In the house and garden live 14 people, three dogs and several sheep. The space The approx. 16 m² large, modern and cozily furnished living room is equipped with a pull-out bed (1.60 x 2,00 m), TV, built-in wardrobe and a seating area. This includes a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. In front of the living space there is a common room used by the house with kitchen, large sitting round and oven with relaxation chair, which can be used. The living space and common area have panoramic windows of which the view directly falls on the wet orphans of the adjacent landscape protection area. All house is non-smoking!
