spacious Residential lodge in private garden

my residential Park Home is privately tucked away on our little farm and looks out onto gorgeous countryside., it offers stylish, well equipped, warm, very comfortable accommodation. Suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults/2 children. The home is very high spec, has full gas central heating and is extremely cosy and warm but cool in summer. The verhanda is perfect for al fresco dining and the view is quintissential English countryside with lambs and ponies at the end of the garden! The space This new and extremely comfortable lodge is decorated in a traditional English country style. contemporary but cosy and very comfortable. It has a big verandha and very big, private enclosed garden and patio area looking out onto gorgeous pastoral countryside. . At night the skies are clear and starry (no polluting city lights), and you can hear the owls hooting in the woods. It is ideal for walkers or cyclists as it is in an AONB and has lovely walks which go right from the farm. The countryside is absolutely stunning ; you are at the foot of the Nidderdale moors but in a very sheltered area. Blackberry lodge is very secluded and private but not isolated; situated down a farm road but only about a mile from the village of Kirkby Malzeard which has a great butcher/Deli and the Top shop which sells just about everything! The interior of the lodge is appointed to the highest standard with full gas central heating, open access wi-wi, and smart TV. The spacious main bedroom has a 5' double bed, and the spare room has two 3' bunk beds. Cot or childs' bed available on request. The lodge is roomy with good shower, and and a spacious and cosy living area and kitchen with all basic amenities and storecupboard necessities - tea, coffee, condiments etc. l am also happy to provide a simple continental breakfast for you on arrival for a small extra charge .just contact me beforehand ro arrange. The home has a gas fire and electric radiators but is fully winterised for all the year round living and will be very warm and cosy. It will be perfect for a Winter getaway. At Easter time expect to see lambs in the next door paddock! One Small/medium size Dog is welcome if well behaved and sensible, but definitely not large or aggressive dogs as we have a lot of free range livestock and the lodge is not suitable for bigger dogs. There is a £5.00 per night supplement for a dog. Please check this with me before you book. Nb . Dogs must be with their owners at all times. They cannot be left unattended in the lodge. Guest access Guests will have access to enjoy an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is permissive access on our property and this joins up to a network of lovely walks. It is a great place to bike. We have a couple of bikes you can borrow if you feel energetic. Buck house has a river you can paddle in and lots of animals who love visitors. Geese, horses, hens, Jenny the whippet, you name it! we allow only 1 small well behaved dog but please confirm this before you book as we cannot allow large aggressive dogs on the farm. Other things to note If you wanted to bring a horse and enjoy the wonderful riding around us, we do have some stabling which could be organised. We also enjoy a lot of wildlife. This is a haven for walkers or wildlife enthusiasts. Just listen to the owls hooting at night! While we provide free wi-fi in the lodge, we cannot guarantee constant access due in part to the rural location of the farm. The mobile phone signal is good.
