Draycott Farm is a spacious property on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Mickleton. There are 3 large en-suite bedrooms and a snug that doubles up as the 4th bedroom with an adjacent bathroom . All the mod cons and a hot tub are provided with the house being totally refurbished in January 2021. There is a large garden and orchard and plenty of parking - ideal for families or groups looking for the perfect place to relax yet close enough to walk to the local facilities! The space Draycott Farm is a large spacious property sleeping 8 people in 3/4 bedrooms with 4 separate bathrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a Kingsize bed and 1/2 single beds so will comfortably sleep a family of 4 - this room benefits from a large en-suite with shower and twin sinks. Bedroom 2 also has a Kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 is downstairs and consists of 2 x 3ft single beds with an en-suite shower room. The Snug has a large leather everyday sofa bed so doubles up as the 4th bedroom if you are looking for 4 separate rooms and the family bathroom is adjacent to the snug. There is a Smart TV with built in DVD player and a number of games in the Snug. The heart of the house is the large open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen with 2 sets of patio doors opening into the garden. There is comfy sitting and dining for 8 guests and a beautiful wood burner to sit round on those chilly evenings. The kitchen is full fitted with a double oven and the large adjacent utility area houses a second oven, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Draycott Farm has a private 6 seater hot tub in a fenced courtyard with access to a games barn where you will find a full sized table tennis table and dartboard. Outside there is plenty of space in the large garden to play croquet or for the kids to run around. There are 2 patio areas to make the most of the sun with a stunning willow tree in the garden and a small fruit orchard. There is parking for numerous cars at the front of the property with the drive being occasionally used for access to the fields beyond by the owners. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY FACILITIES OR ALLOW CHARGING FOR ELECTRIC CARS/VEHICLES ON SITE. There is a public footpath running adjacent to the garden of the property from which it is a 10 min walk into the beautiful village of Mickleton where you will find all of the local facilities that you would require. 2 Pubs, a hotel with dining facilities, village shop and butchers.
