The Snug has a large leather everyday sofa bed so doubles up as the 4th bedroom if you are looking for 4 separate rooms and the family bathroom is adjacent to the snug. There is a Smart TV with built in DVD player and a number of games in the Snug. The heart of the house is the large open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen with 2 sets of patio doors opening into the garden. There is comfy sitting and dining for 8 guests and a beautiful wood burner to sit round on those chilly evenings. The kitchen is full fitted with a double oven and the large adjacent utility area houses a second oven, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Draycott Farm has a private 6 seater hot tub in a fenced courtyard with access to a games barn where you will find a full sized table tennis table and dartboard. Outside there is plenty of space in the large garden to play croquet or for the kids to run around. There are 2 patio areas to make the most of the sun with a stunning willow tree in the garden and a small fruit orchard. There is parking for numerous cars at the front of the property with the drive being occasionally used for access to the fields beyond by the owners.
