Comfortable and functional chalet-style wooden house for a stay in the countryside, for a weekend or for a longer period. I offer a bedroom that can accommodate 1 or 2 people, with access to the common areas (see details below). Located 20 km from Vichy and 40 km from Clermont-Ferrand. The town of Randan, 2 km away, has essential shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bank, bakeries). Close to the road connecting Vichy to Clermont-Ferrand. The space - The bedroom offered includes a 140 x 200 double bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. Surface area of approximately 15 m². -The living space of the house is 100 m². -The shower and toilet are in separate rooms. -Functional and fully equipped kitchen (utensils, spices, etc...) - Clean and quiet accommodation. - Large terrace with the option of using the barbecue (wood and charcoal provided) Guest access Common areas: Bathroom Toilets Kitchen Living/dining room Terrace / garden During your stay I will be constantly available during your stay, either in person or by phone. Other things to note I live in the accommodation, so please note that this is a shared space: living together and mutual respect between host and guest is therefore required. Complimentary coffee/tea for stays of less than 2 days. On request, I can offer you a full breakfast for €8 per person (homemade jams, seasonal fruits, bread, local cheese, etc.)
