Guests can conveniently order from nearby restaurants (menu is available), which offer delivery to the villa, or use Zomato where available. You may also pick up takeaway from restaurants along the Siruvani Main Road on your way to the property. For guests who enjoy cooking, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, cutlery, and modern appliances. 🚘 🛺 Transport: Need a ride? We can connect you with trusted local taxi and auto drivers who can pick you up at doorstep for trips to Isha Yoga Center and nearby places. Other things to note #Our farmstay is designed to offer an authentic rural experience amidst nature with modern comforts. Please keep in mind that this is a farmstay in the countryside, not a hotel. # Grocery shopping, food takeaway deliveries etc to be organised by guest. # Please maintain cleanliness and help us keep our space welcoming for everyone! # Please bring your own towels. Please dont leave towels/bedsheets of the Villa on the floor or use as Floor Mats. # Permanent stains on Sofa, linen, bedsheets, towels,curtains (including food, oil, makeup, ink, etc.) or damage that requires replacement will be chargeable based on actual replacement/cleaning cost. # Smoking is strictly NOT allowed inside the Villa. If smoking is detected indoors after checkout (including smell, ash, or residue), an additional deep cleaning or odor removal charge of Rs 1500 may apply. # If there is any damage to the property, please notify us immediately.Any damages/loss of contents will be charged to the guest. # Kindly clean your own dishes and keep the kitchen tidy after use. Please be advised that a cleaning fee of Rs 1000 will be applied if the kitchen is left untidy after use. # To ensure the hygiene of other guests, we kindly request that pets refrain from using the bed, bedsheets & sofa. We appreciate your cooperation. # Free house keeping is available for Long stays on alternate days. # Usage of washing machine is permitted only for stays more than 3 days # This is an Organic Farm and Plastic free zone, kindly do not throw plastic litter, glass bottles, cigarette butts or any trash in the farm or in the surroundings. Please dispose garbage only in the bins provided. We respect this soil and preserving this farm’s pollution free environment is vital to us. # Maximum no of guests: 10 # Standard rates for upto 5 guests, additional guests will be charged Rs 1000 per head/per night. Extra Mattresses, pillows, Bedsheets will be provided. # Kids upto 10yrs- Free of charge. # Parties, Events, Photoshoots are permitted only after prior approval. # Please be kind to Staff and Farm workers. Rude behaviour towards farm workers will not be tolerated. # Being in a rural setting, we have UPS backup in place for essential power needs; however, AC may not operate during rare interruptions. # Please turn off Gas/Lights/Ac/Heater/Fan etc when not in use. # The electric security fence around the property will be active from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
