Welcome to the "LE DAUPHIN" gîte located in St Martin de Bréhal, you will come to rest and enjoy the beach located 400 meters away, whether with family or friends. For rent, 75 m2 independent gîte, completely renovated inside and exterior, located on the 1st floor of a villa composed of 3 dwellings, facing south and with a separate entrance, a private inner courtyard ideal for young children and parking spaces (up to 3 vehicles). The space PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: - Living room with flat screen TV and 2 sofas, - Fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, range hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...) with its dining area for 8 people. - A 1st bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200) or 4 real beds ideal for children. - A 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and a crib. - A 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190). - Bathroom with shower and separate toilet Accommodation capacity: 8 people maximum EXTRAS: - Free WiFi. - To relax, you can enjoy the enclosed outdoor space that is completely reserved for you. Facing south, you will enjoy the sun all day long. At your disposal: Table and parasol, garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue. - Children's playground, tennis, basketball and football courts nearby. St Martin de Bréhal is a small, quiet and family-friendly seaside resort. Its beach and shops are located 400 meters from the cottage. You will find 2 bakeries (open mainly in the morning in low season), a grocery store, restaurants and pizzeria, an ice cream parlor, Sunday morning market (only in July and August) as well as entertainment and concerts in summer. Come and discover the great beaches where you can practice fishing on foot during the high tides as well as the long esplanade by the sea to take great walks or bike rides. Nearby, the golf courses of Bréville sur Mer and St Martin, the Bréville sur Mer airfield, the sailing school and the racecourse. Also worth seeing is Mont St Michel located 60 km away, St Malo and its ramparts, Cancale and its famous oysters located 100 km away, the landing beaches located 90 km away, Granville and its Dior museum, its casino, its port located 10 km away as well as the Chausey archipelago and the Anglo-Normandes Islands (Possibility to rent a boat without a skipper or a sea ride with skipper just for you - rate on request).
