The Sitong Brookhouse is spread over 2 acres with four sprawling cottages perched on a verdant hilltop for a panoramic view of the valleys and the mountains. The architecture is designed to blend with nature and also provide modern comforts. Though tucked away in a faraway hill, the property is equipped with a generator, hi-speed wi-fi, smart TV, karaoke, geyser, hair dryers, BBQ and family space and many more. At The Sitong Brookhouse, time stops while the brook flows. The space The size of each of the cottages is 450 sq feet and includes a balcony of around 96 square feet. Each cottage has a queen size bed along with a sofa-bed to accommodate an extra person. The room has an additional sofa, study table, mini fridge, coffee table, hair dyer, geyser, high-speed wi-fi, smart TV, electric kettle, cupboard and luggage rack among others. Three-fourth of the room is covered with toughen glass windows for a panoramic view. The entire cottage is set up on stilts and is uniquely designed. The property offers free parking and can accommodate around six vehicles at anytime. Accommodation for drivers is available but outside the property. Guest access Guests can access the central unit which houses the dining area, family space, powder room and reception. The property has sprawling spaces spread over 2 acres which guests can access. Other things to note The property is located in a hilly Sitong-2 village and very close to forests. The area is famous for bird watching and orange orchards. There are a number of routes to reach the property both from Bagdogra airport/NJP railway station and also from Darjeeling/Gangtok/Kalimpong. However, we request guests to take details from the property manager on the best available route at the given period.
