Luxury beach house, private steps to dunes…

Pot Luck is a luxury seaside chalet in a secluded location, moments from the award winning sandy beach of Sea Palling. IG - potluckbeachhouse A fantastic coastal location, and close to the Norfolk Broads. If you want to relax and escape from the world for a while, Pot Luck is the place to be! The space Dogs - We allow two well behaved dog, as long as the basic house rules are agreed to. Living The main living area has a vaulted timber ceiling with skylight (for blue sky and bright stars!), a comfy L-shaped sofa and a wood burning stove. There is a large dining table below the skylight which would be ideal as a desk space if required. French doors at the back open out onto a private decked area, and a stable door at the front leads to the verandah. You can watch all the main terrestrial channels through the apps - iPlayer, ITV, C4 and Channel5 either live or on demand. You also have the opportunity to log in to your own paid accounts - Netflix, NowTV, Prime, Disney Plus etc. as well as some free channels for movies and entertainment. There are board games, colouring in books etc. for those cosy days, and buckets and spades etc. for the sunny ones! There are outdoor loungers and comfy chairs. Eating The kitchen is open plan to the main living area and is well equipped for cooking or baking with a Neff oven and induction hob. There is a large fridge freezer and a full size dishwasher. Choose to dine on the front verandah, in the main dining/living area, or in the private back decked courtyard. All outside lights are on a dimmer, with some festoon lighting so you can create the perfect evening atmosphere. A portable bluetooth speaker is there to accompany any meal. There is a coal barbecue that you are welcome to use in the summer months. Sleeping and Bathing Beds can be set up ready to accommodate two couples, or a couple with two or three children. There are two good sized bedrooms, both of which come complete with sumptuous bedding and luxurious linens to ensure a wonderful night’s sleep. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a bespoke headboard and wall mounted dimmable side lights. This a light and peaceful space, with a dressing table area and floor space for travel cot. On a summer’s night, why not open a window and listen to the sea... The second bedroom has a cosy cabin feel, lovely and private with high windows and views of the dunes and sky. This room has two single beds which can also be combined to become a king-size double bed, depending on your needs when you book the chalet. There is also a comfy fold out single bed available if you have three children to fit in!... The contemporary luxury bathroom has a walk in modern shower, a de-mista mirror with shaver socket, and a heated towel rail. Outdoor space The chalet’s garden is completely enclosed which makes it really family friendly, with a front lawned area where you can have barbecues, games of badminton or boules etc. In the summer it is generally sheltered from the wind, with full sun for the whole day. And there is always shade and a cool drink to be found on the verandah with views towards some truly wonderful sunsets. At the back of Pot Luck, there is a private decked area where you can have a relaxed breakfast as the sun comes up. There is a hammock with shade sail above - perfect for quiet reading or sneaky afternoon naps :) There is a secret staircase up to the dunes!... Have a quiet morning cuppa gazing out across the fields of Norfolk. Bliss! There is no light pollution in Sea Palling, so on a clear night the sky is absolutely full with stars!... a stunning sight. Telescope available for birds, or stars!! It’s amazing out there on a clear night. Only £15 a stay. Other facilities Pot Luck has an insulated shed/laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and storage for chairs, beach toys, games etc. There is also space for you to store your suitcases in here. We do not charge a cleaning fee, so please leave the chalet as clean and tidy as you can and strip the beds at the end of your stay :) Excellent telescope available for only £15 a stay. Parking There is off road parking space for two cars. Babies Babies are welcome at Pot Luck.
