Just a calm place to reset. The space Nestled inside a peaceful gated lakefront community in Genome Valley, our villa offers one of the best uninterrupted lake views in the property. The room opens into a private balcony overlooking the lake, making it perfect for a relaxed getaway, workcation, or quiet weekend escape. Guests can also enjoy views of the clubhouse and surrounding greenery from this corner villa, which offers added privacy and calm. The space comes with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and access to beautiful walking trails around the lake. A caretaker is available on-site to assist with check-in, meals, local guidance, and anything you may need during your stay. The clubhouse swimming pool is also accessible for guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the private lake-facing room with attached bathroom and balcony, along with shared access to the villa’s common areas and outdoor sit-outs. The balcony offers beautiful uninterrupted lake views and is perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening sunset. Guests can also access the gated community walking trails, open spaces, and the clubhouse area. The swimming pool can be used on a nominal charge basis as per community guidelines. Parking is available within the premises. A caretaker stays nearby and is available to assist guests during their stay. Other things to note Guests can enjoy peaceful lakeside walks, open green spaces, and guided forest trails within and around the community at no additional cost. The area is known for its calm natural surroundings, birdlife, and beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Fishing experiences by the lake can also be arranged at an incremental cost with local assistance, subject to availability and weather conditions. Bonfire setups and traditional wood-fire cooked meals may also be arranged on prior request at additional charges. Please note that this is a quiet gated community, so we request guests to respect community rules and avoid loud music late at night.
