Bayview Bungalow with Boat Slip

This newly renovated home on the water is perfect for group trips. Bring your own boat. Comes complete with a boat slip! This is a spacious, two bedroom two bath beach house that will sleep six. Perfect for families and fishermen. There is a couch in the Florida room that pulls out into a queen size bed. Directly on the water with a view of beautiful Chokoloskee Bay. Watch the sunsets, birds and dolphins playing in the bay. ☀️🐬🦅 The space The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached private bathroom. The guestroom has a queen size bed with a bathroom in the hallway just outside of the bedroom door. There is a couch that pulls out to a queen size bed in the Florida room. There is also an air mattress available. The outside deck has a patio table with seating for four and a lounge chair along with two umbrellas and a barbecue grill. Outside, under the deck on the ground floor is a secret garden with a hammock and two hanging chairs all framed by a beautiful bougainvillea vine. There is parking under the house for one vehicle. Additional vehicles will need to be parked next to the clubhouse, which is a short walk from the Secret Garden in the backyard. Guest access All areas of the house are available to guests.
