Green oasis with private terrace

Beautiful room with covered terrace is located on the ground floor of a modern half-timbered house with light-flooded rooms on an idyllic property. Appel is in the forest and from here you can take beautiful walks to the trout ponds, which are in the middle of the forest and about 5 minutes' walk from our property. The towns of Buchholz and Buxtehunde are about 15 minutes by car from our house and Hamburg is about 35 km away. The space The room on the ground floor to the south has its own covered terrace. In the room there is a sofa bed that measures 1.60 m x 2.00 m when extended. 1 wardrobe and 1 TV. The beautiful half-timbered, the tiles, the glazed wall with terrace door, the rustic, brick wall, make it a particularly beautiful room. On the first floor is the open kitchen with dining counter and seating area. The utility room and the south and west terraces are also located on the ground floor and can be used. The large bathroom is on the 1st floor. The listed rooms are also used by my 3-person apartment. But don't worry, the size of the house doesn't get in the way; but good conversations are had. Guest access Guests can, as mentioned above, use the kitchen with dining counter, seating area, utility room with washing machine and dryer. On the 2nd floor there is the large bathroom about 15 m², which is also used by the guests. During your stay I live in this house, am often present, and therefore I am happy to be available as a contact person and to help. My guests will also receive my phone number. Other things to note Kitchen, bathroom must be left clean after use, as discussed. Please, men must also sit on the toilet so that the next guest can sit on it. Conversations must be conducted at a normal volume so that the other residents do not feel bothered!
