The apartment is cozy and spacious. It is located about 15 km east of Linz, has a covered terrace and a garden with a view of the Danube wetlands. It is suitable for professional use by several people, as a residence for work in Linz and the surrounding area, for home office, but also for vacation and leisure activities. The apartment is also suitable as (discounted) longer-term accommodation for work stays, families and individuals. Easily accessible by public transport. The space The apartment has three bedrooms, one bedroom with two separate single beds and two bedrooms with double beds (solid wood beds). In one bedroom, there is also a spacious desk for home office. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. There is also a separate toilet. The well-equipped kitchen is connected to a spacious dining and living area. From the living area, a door leads to the covered terrace with a cozy seating area and beautiful views of the Danube floodplains. The terrace leads directly to a large garden, which is also available to our guests. In the immediate vicinity of our house there are enough free parking spaces. The apartment is suitable for private individuals, as a residence for work in the greater Linz, Enns area, for home office, but also for family stays of up to 5 people, for vacations, cultural events in the surrounding area and for a variety of leisure activities: In the garden there is a table tennis table, bicycles can be parked in the garage, e-bikes can also be charged there. In addition to hiking and swimming in the immediate vicinity of the Danube floodplains, the apartment is also a starting point for exploring the beauties of the Mühlviertel and nearby cities and cultural sites (Linz, Steyr, Freistadt, Stift St. Florian, Stift Wilhering...). Very close to our property, directly on the Danube Cycle Path, are several restaurants and grocery stores. Guest access The entire part of the apartment (large living-dining room with kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed (solid wood furniture), 1 bedroom with double bed and desk, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and toilet) is at the guests' disposal alone.
