This brand new western-style home sits right on the edge of the desert, just 10 minutes from Surprise and 15 minutes from Wickenburg. Whether you’re here to ride, relax, or just get out of the city, this place was built for it. Evenings are best spent outside by the fire pit, watching the sky light up with those wide-open desert sunsets. Entry is simple with a keypad on the front door—your unique code will be sent prior to check-in so you can arrive on your own schedule. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas, including the fire pit, seating space, and open desert views. There is plenty of room for parking, including trucks and trailers. If you’re bringing horses, you’ll have easy access to the designated areas and nearby riding trails (details provided after booking). The only areas not accessible are a locked owner’s closet and any clearly marked storage spaces.
