This charming accommodation (60 m²) spans 3 floors and can accommodate up to two people who appreciate peace, nature, and a stylish atmosphere. A perfect, rural location in the heart of central Switzerland, 20 minutes by car from Lucerne and well connected to public transportation. Grocery stores and the bus stop in the village are reachable within a 4-minute walk. The upper floor has a comfortable box-spring bed (160 x 200) with a starry ceiling, a dressing room, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, and dining table at your disposal. Adjacent to this is a private seating area with seating options and views of the countryside. In the basement, you will find a fitness room and a washing machine, incl. Laundry detergent & drying rack and a recycling station. Wi-Fi is available on all floors. In the living area, you will find a TV with a replay function and around 400 channels, while in the bedroom, another TV with around 140 channels ensures relaxing evenings. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic and directly adjoins a natural area. Here you can switch off, breathe and leave everyday life behind you. A private seating area invites you to enjoy the fresh air—whether over breakfast in the morning sun or during a relaxing evening with views of the surrounding mountains.
