The Cottage is the result of a loving conversion of the standalone Victorian red-brick Dove Cote at my family home, Rectory Farm. The renovation has just completed so everything is brand new and sparkling clean. It’s filled with custom-made furniture, original art, premium appliances and fun gadgets. Luxury doesn’t have to mean squandering precious resources – we use Solar Power, Air Source heating, Filtered Well Water and more means you can enjoy your stay without it having to dwell on your conscience. The Cottage is set in a private 14 acre estate in the rolling countryside close to Market Harborough. Supermarkets, restaurants, and entertainment for kids is a 10-minute drive away. It’s also a great base to explore Leicester, Market Harborough, Northampton, Rugby, Kettering and Corby. London is 1 hour-train away. The Cottage has a sofa bed that is comfy for 2 kids or 1 adult - Its 110cm wide. Our occupancy is 4 guests but Airbnb don't allow you to specify max 2 adults and 2 kids - we recommend the space is not for more than 3 adults. We are well located for events at Kelmarsh Hall, Kilworth House Hotel and Theatre, Silverstone Race Circuit, Althorp Park, Leicester Racecourse, Donnington Park and The Sourdough School. Other things to note o The Cottage has its entrance and open plan kitchen, living diner, plus guest toilet on the ground floor leading to stairs up to the first floor where the open plan bedroom bathroom suite is located. o We are always super flexible to try to accommodate free late check-out and early check-in subject to other guests arriving or departing whenever we can.
