Features Include: * Heated infinity pool with breathtaking views - Our infinity pool is heated year-round and maintained at approximately 80–82°F (27–28°C), depending on weather conditions. Please note that it is designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature rather than a hot tub experience. * 4 Bedrooms / 2.5 Baths * Luxury Bathrooms * Private setting surrounded by lush tropical landscape * All living areas equipped with new wall mounted air conditioning * Spacious living areas perfect for relaxation or entertainment * Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs * Grill and outdoor lounge chairs * The house has water cistern system and solar back up panels for electrical emergencies. * Villa has private gated access allowing guests to come and go as they please. * Spring fed river access for more adventurous guests, at your own peril. Please note that access to the river is via rugged terrain. Proceed with caution and at your own risk. Guest access The villa is entirely yours during your stay! You'll have unlimited access to all areas of the property. Plenty of parking!
