Villa Klementia is a spacious, modern villa of 150 sq.m, with a plain and stylish design, situated in a dreamy farm of 4.000 sq.m, with more than 100 fruit-bearing trees, on the most idyllic bay of South Evoikos. The space On the ground floor, an elegantly decorated open space of 70 sq.m comprises the kitchen (fully equipped) the dining and living room and leads out to the veranda with a spectacular view to the sea. There is also one bedroom with an extra large double bed and a bathroom with shower. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor which consists of one bedroom with a double bed, breathtaking view to the sea and a spacious veranda, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, veranda and a large bathroom with a bathtub. In front of the house, in the expansive outdoor space, you can relax and enjoy the uninterrupted unique view to the sea. More precisely, at the point where the farm meets the sea, there is an ample open air space, with garden sofas, tables, sunbeds, a wooden swing, a large sun umbrella, a shower and a WC, as well as a garden music system and a fridge, where you can relax while enjoying your swim in the crystal clear waters of the beautiful sandy beach or enjoy your evening drinking a glass of wine. Organic crops from local vegetables and fruits are also grown on the farm. Next to the house there is a barbecue area and a traditional wood oven available to the guests.
