Country house: Gîte des Trottières

Located in the heart of the Normandy-Maine Park and close to Bagnoles de l'Orne (spa town), our country house has a capacity of five people (see room layout). It includes a living room with fireplace, TV, three bedrooms: - two on the ground floor accessible through the living room - one upstairs accessible by bedroom 2 (miller's staircase), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet, a large wooded garden (garden furniture and barbecue). The space A 500 m2 garden (with barbecue) and covered parking enhance the house. 250 m away, a river in a small valley is part of the landscape and allows bucolic walks. Bikes are available for rides through the grove. The hamlet where the house is located is ideally located. You will find: - historical sites: Castles, Gallo-Roman site - natural sites: Saint Léonard des Bois, Saint Céneri le Gérei - equestrian center 1 km away - municipal swimming pool (summer period) 12 km away (Pré-en-Pail) or in Bagnoles-de-l'Orne (16 km) - Bagnoles de l'Orne: casino, golf, thalassotherapy center Other things to note Linens provided (sheets and pillowcases, bathroom linens – one bath towel, one hand towel, and one face cloth per person – and dish towels) and beds made. - electricity consumption to be paid by the tenant upon departure - No pets are allowed in the rental - basic products available: toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, cleaning products - Wi-Fi access available (access available on site)
