Two-bed house short scenic walk to Wantage

Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, two story house with steps leading to the front door. Clean bright terraced house with comfortable bright interior. Ground floor has 1 guest toilet, lounge/dining room/kitchen. Upstairs has two bedrooms, a small office and one bathroom with an electric shower. Free street parking available close to the house. The space Proximity to Wantage is amazing, because the walk is only 4 minutes and taken either along the brook or via John Betjeman park. Comfort is key. We have a reclining sofa and two occasional chairs. Our dining table is spacious with comfortable fabric swivel chairs. Books are available on the bookshelf and to the right of the bay window is a wall rack with local and nearby travel guides. The downstairs powder room is where the breaker box is located and the water shut off valve. Sky light window. The Kitchen is well stocked. Large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, spiralizer, crockpot, utensils, stove, oven, kettle, toaster. Tea and coffee provided. The washing machine has a combined drier feature. Outside in the far right corner is a washing line and pole, use hook opposite to fasten line. Outside seating, bench at the front and patio seating in the back. If the weather is worthy there are chaise lounges stored in the patio box with covers, please return after your stay. The bedrooms are named after Cotswold towns: Burford: Super king bed. Chest of draws and bedside tables. Lamps have the USB feature for ease of charging your devices. Extra bedding located inside the closet. Hair drier is hung on the outside of the chest of draws by the door. Wall mounted hooks as well as on the back of the entry door. Laundry bag inside the closet. Stroud: King bed with 2 storage draws underneath. Two bedside surfaces with a draw in each and a shelf. Lamps have the USB feature for ease of charging your devices. Extra bedding inside the closet along with a laundry bag. Hairdrier inside closet. Linen cupboard access is available. Office space consists of a desk with lamp. Also in that space are two storage cupboards which are kept locked for owners use. Full bathroom is located upstairs and has an instant shower and bathtub. There is a light over the mirror (pull cord gently) as well as an overhead light. Wall heating located to the right of the sink and a heeated towel rack behind the door. Plenty of surface space and storage cupboards. Toiletries provided. Guest access The whole house and garden is available to you. Other things to note Free street parking adjacent to the house. Take a 4 minute walk to the market square. Use the walkway between two house numbers 27 & 28. You can walk along the Letcombe brook or via John Betjeman park.
