Inside, each bedroom has sat tv and bathroom with shower (total 3 bathroom). It is on the ground floor with a private terrace. Heated pool until 25 degrees in Spring and Autumn. There is a restaurant (Osteria Uscio e Bottega), only for dinner, closed on Wed. There is no public transport to reach the property The space We don't provide pool towels. You'll find bed and bathroom linen, kitchen teatowel (weekly change). It's possible to recharge electric cars but not fast charge (normal plug) There is a gas detector Guest access You can use the following common areas and services: a shared pool with nice view, some panoramic terraces with tables and sun umbrellas, the garden, a covered terrace, a games room with ping pong table and soccer table, 2 barbecues (gas/charcoal, coal not provided), shared washing machine with detergent (free use), private parking, wifi. We are in the Chianti Classico area: Castellina in Chianti, Panzano in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti, a collection of small villages, enchanting villages, magnificent valleys of vineyards, olive groves and woods, a discovery for your eyes. ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT BIKES TOURS? Starting from our property (393 meters above sea level) up and down in the Chianti hills. We have available 2 bikes and 2 e-bikes for adults for rent. WHY NOT TRY TO COOK THE FAMOUS FIORENTINA STEAK? We have 2 barbecues (one charcoal and one gas, don't provide coal) available to all customers. Excellent butchers in the area with production of artisan cured meats. WINE AND OLIVE OIL TASTING We can suggest visits and tastings in the farms / castles of Chianti Classico, some with lunch. Even just 5 minutes from our property. RESTAURANTS Taste the dishes of Tuscan cuisine in many restaurants in the area, the closest in front of the property, reachable on foot (crossing the road, 20 meters -take away too). GAME ROOM Inside the property there is a 50 square meter room with a ping pong and a soccer table available to all customers. TREKKING Some more or less demanding trails starting from our property. A DAY AT THE SPA? A day to regenerate, the closest around an hour away. HOT AIR BALLOON FLIGHT IN CHIANTI? A new experience to live, far 10 kms.
