Other things to note Toilet/Shower-Room is an En Suite, hence the access is through the bedroom. Sofa bed in the living area is a pull-out bed with a thin mattress, bed linen for sofa bed will be provided if booking includes a third person. Annex’s temperature is controlled via hive smart system and it will be kept around 20 C during the winter period. (Min 18C, max 21 C which is the recommended temperature for UK households) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Strictly no smoking indoors, Guests do not have access to the main house or its back garden, No parties or large gatherings, No loud music and No pets please. Guests should comply with the parking regulations and must show consideration to the two other vehicles in the driveway.
