20 mins drive from Newcastle upon Tyne and Durham city centre, local shops 2 mins walk, 5 mins drive from Beamish Museum, Tanfield Railway and South Causey Inn which has spa facilities, lots of beautiful walks close by as im located in a small village surrounded by countryside, 30-35mins drive to the closest beaches, South Shields and Whitley Bay. We have a leisure centre and swimming pool 5 mins walk away. Spa and restaurant 3 mins drive away. Beamish Museum and Tanfield Railway 3-5 mins drive away. Supermarket/ bus station 2 mins drive away or 5 mins walk. free parking outside the address with plenty of room to park. No smoking / vaping inside the house, there will be ash trays provided for outside if required. When using the hot tub use towels provided and please dont walk through the house soaking wet. The amenities coffee, tea and biscuits in the room are yours to use and enjoy, please do not take food/drink from cupboards or fridge unless the host has clarified this is for shared use with guests who are staying. Guest access bedroom x1, bathroom, whole of downstairs, hot tub and outside sitting area, which has heaters, 55" TV and lights for a drink or two under the stars 🍾🍾🥂🥂🥂, cot available and also single blow up bed for older children accompanying 2 x adults. During your stay I can be contacted through the air B@B messenger if there is any worries or issues, and im not around. Other things to note Please bring flip flops if your using the hot tub to keep dirt from going in to the hot tub, please use towels to dry yourself before going in the house, for your safety as ive laminate flooring, no outdoor shoes up stairs please as its a cream carpet. There is a travel cot available with drop side for babies and a single air bed with duvet and pillows for children as a third person.
