Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning. The space This cozy cabin offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, perfect for families or small groups. The main level features an open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. Upstairs and main-level bedrooms provide a mix of sleeping options. Outside, enjoy a private hot tub, outdoor fire place, and beautiful mountain views. The property sits on 12 private acres, offering a peaceful, secluded setting just minutes from Lake Algonquin. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home and surrounding property. A small closet under the stairs will remain locked and is used for storing supplies and cleaning materials. Other things to note Please note this is a cabin in a natural, wooded setting, so you may encounter wildlife and insects. Cell service may vary depending on your provider. The property is located in a peaceful, rural area, which may include uneven terrain outdoors. Hot Tub Towels Provided For your convenience, designated hot tub towels are provided. Please use the hot tub towels for outdoor use and reserve the bath towels for indoor use. The Cabin at Buttermilk is located in a peaceful rural area surrounded by nature and mountain views. There are two small convenience stores in town for basic necessities, but guests should plan ahead for groceries. Full grocery stores are approximately 14 miles north or 16 miles south of the cabin Visit during the fall to experience the Adirondacks at their most beautiful, with breathtaking foliage, scenic drives, and hiking trails bursting with color right outside your door. Exterior Security Camera: The property has one Ring security camera mounted outside facing the driveway. It records the driveway and parking area for security purposes and to verify guest count and compliance with our booking policies. There are no interior cameras or cameras overlooking private spaces, including the hot tub.
