Former artist's workshop with a panoramic view of the forest. The holiday home has a living room studio with ceiling lighting, separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The indoor outdoor dining area with BBQs is also adjacent to the holiday home. This holiday home is surrounded by a forest with tall pines. Our guests will need up to 15 minutes by walk to the sea and the beach. For additional fees, we offer our guests a sauna and podles. The space A holiday home with a separate entrance, a studio living room, a separate bedroom and 1 bathroom. The kitchenette has a stove, fridge, boiler and tableware. There is a fireplace, TV with satellite channels, washing machine and hairdryer. The bathroom has soundproof walls. There is also an outdoor covered dining area with barbecue. You must have your own charcoal and accessories to use the BBQ. CCTV throughout the open area. You can also use a sauna and a large wooden «barrel» designed for 4 – 5 people at the same time. These amenities are located in the adjacent house and there is a separate entrance to a relaxation room isolated from the rest of the house, where besides the sauna, there is a shower room and a toilet. The barrel stands on the veranda adjacent to the sauna premises, fenced with a garden pergola and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue area. The house is not intended for parties, anniversaries and other events. Additional guests, not listed in the reservation, must leave the area and house by 23:00. There is an individual parking space for the guests' cars, located in the territory. Guests are provided with a sliding gate control panel for entry to the property. Pricing for additional services: 60 euros - sauna (less than 3 guests - 80 euros) 140 euros is a "barrel" with hydro-massing jets. 180€ is the price (discounted) when ordering both services together. 10 euros - for the use of the grill. 30 euros - for bath brooms (2 pcs.) - cleaning the room of leaves. Guest access Our guests will be able to access the studio holiday home and its terrace as well as the parking lot located on the territory of Lielbrieži 8. Other things to note You will be staying at the guest house which is near to the host's house. The house is not intended for parties, anniversaries and other similar events. Additional guests not listed in the reservation must leave by 23:00.
