We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours so everyone can enjoy the relaxed waterfront setting. • Before you arrive: To help protect both our guests and homeowners, all reservations are completed through our secure Guest Portal. Before check-in, you'll be asked to complete a quick ID verification and sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement. • Damage protection: A refundable $1,500 security hold is required prior to arrival, or you may choose a $45 non-refundable damage waiver instead. • Early check-in: Subject to availability, guaranteed early check-in can be reserved in advance for 50% of the nightly rate. On the day of arrival, early check-in may also be available depending on cleaning schedules, with a maximum charge of $165. • Late check-out: Subject to availability, late check-out can be reserved for 50% of the nightly rate, with a maximum charge of $165.
