Living Areas: A bright open-plan living and dining room with terrace views, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine), and a dedicated workspace. Includes a laundry room with a washing machine. Upper Floor: Bedroom 3: Versatile setup with two 90x200 twin beds that can be joined into a 180x200 large bed upon request. Includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a private terrace overlooking the pool and Santa Eugènia. Exterior: Pool & Leisure: 8x4m chlorine pool (depth ranging from 0.70/0.80m to 2.10m) featuring 6 sun loungers and a luxury Balinese bed. A grand ancient olive tree provides natural shade by the poolside. Terraces: Outdoor dining area for 6 people and a summer lounge. While the terrace offers beautiful views, the property maintains total privacy. Gardens & BBQ: Rear area with a traditional BBQ and wood/charcoal oven.
