Built in 1927, this foursquare on 2 acres is a naturalist's dream, comfortable, private, and filled with light. The property's lush native vegetation attracts wildlife, and while most RGV bird specials are visible from the porch, shopping and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. With a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 4 guest bedrooms with 5 beds, a futon, couch, air mattress, and crib, the house can sleep up to 10 adults plus a small child on request. The space The house is at the end of a long driveway and not visible from the road. There are no overlooking neighbors and the only noise in the morning will be from the waking birds. Guest access The entire house is accessible, including the fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and dishwasher and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Other things to note The windows DO NOT open -- please do not force or glass will break. Indoor temperature will be totally adjustable with the central AC and ceiling fans in all living areas and bedrooms. Turn on shower in upstairs bathroom by pulling down on tub faucet. Jets in tub are functional.
