Welcome to the authentic log house made of domestic cypress! Newly built and opened in March 2025! "P's Wood Hakone Sengokuhara" was created with the theme of providing a level of relaxation that you can't find in everyday life. Above all, our prized granite hot spring baths, fed by a milky-white source spring, can accommodate up to 4 people at a time. The Shigaraki ware open-air hot spring bath, where you can bathe while gazing at the starry sky, can also be used as a water bath after the sauna. The hinoki cypress sauna can be used by four people at the same time, so please sweat as many times as you like. You can also stay overnight. There are 3 bedrooms, so even several families can have plenty of privacy. From April to November, BBQs (for a fee) are also possible on the wood deck. Please use the BBQ grill and cassette stove that are provided. (Please contact us for December - March.) Of course, high-speed WiFi is also available, so you can use it for remote work. Enjoy a luxurious, private stay with family and friends. Other things to note ● About the number of guests booked and children's stays - There is no accommodation fee for children 5 years old and younger. ・ Please book children over 6 years old as "adults" and children under 5 years old as "infants". *Example: For 2 guests aged 30, 1 guest aged 6, and 1 guest aged 3 → Book as 3 "adults" and 1 "infant" *Guests who are only high school students or younger (including before graduation and while in school) are not allowed to stay at our inn. ● About storing luggage We are unable to store your luggage before check-in or after check-in. Please use the coin lockers at Gora Station or other locations. ● About taxis We do not provide taxi dispatch services. If you need one, please arrange it yourself. Also, it can take a long time for a taxi to arrive, so please contact us as soon as possible. ● By car Even if you enter the address in the car navigation, it will not show the exact location, so please search for the property name on Google. ● About BBQ Barbecuing on the wood deck is available from April to November. (Charge: 3,300 yen/time, 4,400 yen from 2027) For fire prevention, bringing in open flames or charcoal grills is prohibited, so please use the provided grill or the gas stove on the table. To prevent accidents, the use of portable stoves indoors is prohibited. ※ BBQ set (equipment): 1 gas grill (with gas), 2 gas stoves (with gas), 1 hot plate, paper plates, disposable chopsticks ● About noise Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, noise at night is strictly prohibited. Bringing in or using musical instruments is also prohibited. Please note that you may be asked to leave if there is a noise complaint. In addition, the wood deck can only be used until 8 pm. (Please note that the wood deck lighting will automatically turn off at 8 pm.) ● About insects and wildlife Because it is a place with a lot of nature and greenery in a national park, if you encounter wildlife, please do not feed or provoke them, and please refrain from booking if you don't like insects. - About smoking Smoking is not allowed in the building or on the premises, including e-cigarettes. - Parking Parking is available for 2 regular-sized vehicles on the premises, and a few more vehicles can be parked by using the entrance or the slope. ● Usage time of the large baths and open-air bath They can be used at night or early in the morning as long as the supply is not interrupted. However, please be careful when bathing after drinking or in winter. - About the hours of use for the sauna To prevent accidents, use of the sauna is prohibited between midnight and 6 am the next morning. Please also refrain from using it while drinking alcohol. - About condiments Only oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup, and dashi stock are provided. Please bring your own other seasonings. ● About the key box number and pre-registration All guest information must be pre-registered online. Please note that you can enter this information in the message you receive after completing your booking. We will send you instructions on how to enter the property after you complete the registration. If you register on the day of your stay, it will take time to verify, so please be sure to register by the day before. - About cleaning No cleaning will be done during your stay. If you would like to change linens or towels during your stay, please wash them in the washer and dryer in the building before using them. Detergent and softener are automatically dispensed. Even during your stay, the garbage collector may come to collect garbage from the garbage cans (outdoors) on the premises. ● About fixtures It is prohibited to take any fixtures in the building with you, except when consumed in the building. If we find out that you have taken something home, we will charge you for it. Also, if you leave food in the refrigerator without taking it with you, for hygienic reasons, we will dispose of it all without returning it. ● About left-behind items Forgotten items are stored for 1 week after check-out. We'll contact you about any items found during cleaning. We will dispose of the item after the storage period, so please let us know the shipping address by then. * The shipping cost will be borne by the customer (cash on delivery). - Prohibited items and penalties · Significant soiling, damage to equipment, or taking equipment home (penalty: market value) - Noise that disturbs the neighborhood (penalty: 33,000 yen) ・ Smoking in the room, veranda, and surrounding areas, and littering cigarette butts (fine: 33,000 yen) ・ Illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood (fine: 33,000 yen) - Bringing pets inside the building (penalty: 55,000 yen) - Exceeding the number of people booked without permission (Penalty: 33,000 yen/person) - Other - Loungewear is not provided, so please bring your own. - Security cameras are installed at the entrance of the building and in the surrounding area to ensure the safety of all guests. - Pets are not allowed in the building or on the premises. - Guests who are only high school students or younger are not allowed to stay at our inn. - We do not provide pick-up from the station. - Please note that when there is a snow forecast, we may spread de-icing agent (calcium chloride) on the slopes and parking lot. · Please use winter tires and have chains ready for winter stays. - Please note that contractors may come to collect garbage or refill gas even during a guest's stay.
