The space ​We welcome you to a high-aesthetic space, designed to be your personal sanctuary in the heart of Grevena. Our apartment combines modern decor with absolute functionality, offering a comfortable stay for up to 5 guests. ​The property features two spacious bedrooms with cozy double beds and anatomical mattresses. The master suite offers premium comfort, featuring its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and a dedicated walk-in closet. The second bedroom is equally well-appointed, equipped with a chest of drawers and bedside tables. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners (cooling and heating). ​The main living area seamlessly integrates the lounge and kitchen into a bright, open-plan layout. Here, you will find a comfortable sofa that can accommodate an additional guest, a dining area, and a 42-inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances (fridge, oven, stovetop) and all the necessary cookware to prepare your favorite meals. ​For your convenience, the main bathroom includes a washer-dryer unit, a hairdryer, and toiletries. The apartment features autonomous natural gas heating for personalized temperature control, along with free Wi-Fi. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our space, which is always exceptional, and fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests. Guest access You will have the entire apartment all to yourself! Other things to note My goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible! The apartment is located on the second floor and features an elevator for easy access. ​House Rules & Guest Policy: - ​Occupancy: We kindly ask that the number of guests matches your booking reservation. Short visits (up to 2 hours) by a maximum of 2 external guests are permitted between 09:30 and 22:00. - ​Events & Smoking: Parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony; please note that smoking inside the apartment may incur a €20 cleaning fee. For safety reasons, the use of candles is not permitted. - ​Legal Requirement: In compliance with Greek Tax Authority (AADE) regulations, guests are required to provide their VAT number (for Greek citizens) or passport number (for international visitors). ​Amenities & Cleaning: - ​Linens & Towels: For bookings of 2 people, one full set of linens (sheets, pillowcases) and 2 sets of towels are provided. Additional sets are available upon request for a €5 fee. For long-term stays, fresh linens and towels are provided every 5 days at no extra charge. - ​Check-in: For last-minute bookings, a period of up to 2 hours from the time of reservation may be required to prepare the space for your arrival.
