The house is 4 km from Sortavala, 35 km from the marble canyon-Ruskeala, 500 m from Lake Ladoga, surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest. The space The house has 4 rooms, a kitchen-living room, a shower, a toilet. On the 1st floor: a kitchen-living room with a large table, a refrigerator, a stove, 2 rooms, one of which has a double bed, the other has two single beds. On the 2nd floor: 2 rooms with double beds. Furniture and appliances are all new, the kitchen table is large, the table and chairs are made of solid rubberwood, the beds are made of wrought iron, which gives romance and mystery! The house is heated with convectors, underfloor heating. Dishes, bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo are provided free of charge. There are 2 extra folding beds. There is a baby cot. The deposit upon arrival is 5000 rubles. No pets allowed. Check-in from 3pm, check-out before 1pm Moscow time. Guest access Near the house there is an area of 12 acres, there is a gazebo with a large table and benches, a place for a picnic, for games. The brazier is provided free of charge, and the skewers, charcoal or firewood are yours. Services are provided if available: New wood-fired sauna (9 sq.m, lying places) + general relaxing massage, back, legs, neck and collar zone from a certified massage and SPA therapy specialist with medical education and experience of more than 10 years.
