Here you will find a cozy room with private bathroom and a beautiful sunset view. Enjoy the tranquility in the Thuringian Forest, allow yourself time to be active or creative. Try Yoga on the terrace as a self practise or train your boulder skills Winter season in Oberhof: our accommodation is a cheap, not too far away option for sports enthusiasts! We, Jasmin & Sascha, are happy to host you whether you travel for holiday or buisness! The space The room (approx. 15m2) is accessible via separate staircase in the main house Private bathroom with shower and wide roof window Double bed 140x200 with linen Wardrobe with hangers Cute desk Free parking at the house 5 minutes walk to the forest (Domberg) 15 minutes walk to the center of Suhl (Steinweg) You can reach to the terrace via the backyard and use it anytime. ( Yogamats can be provided) The boulderarea is directly at the terrace (please bring your own shoes, bouldering ob your own risk) * For private holidaymakers the city of Suhl charges a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night A reduction of the fee to 1,00 Euro per person and night is for children from the age of 7, disabled persons in the sense of § 2 SGB IX and for the blind. Business travelers and participants of seminars are exempted from the tax as well as children under the age of 7 (only the first child pays, any other is exempted). (See: Website of the city administration Suhl) Please note The tourist tax is not included in the price. It must be paid separately and handed in by us to the city of Suhl. Please bring the amount in cash! Paying the tourist tax entitles you to discounts in the region, such as discounted admission to the zoo or Otillienbad. With the Rennsteig/NahTour ticket, guests can use local public transport buses and trains free of charge. Further information can be found on the rennsteig-ticket de website. (Resort description in the last photo of the advert) Guest access In the room you will find a water cooker, nespresso coffemachine (please bring your own capsules), toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery and cups for preparation of snacks or small, easy meals. Your own, little fridge is waiting for you to be filled in the basement. (We consciously do not offer a hotplate for cooking due to the small size of the room) Other things to note There is a small housemate living with us, our cat Hugo, who is mainly outdoor. He has no access to the private room, but with some luck you'll meet him! We live at the more or less steepest part of the mountain, so please make sure you come by car, bus or taxi as it is not possible to walk up with heavy luggage! In case you need some arrangements from the train station, contact us in advance! The climbing wall is usable only with the security mats (they are not always outside due to the weather)- climbing on your own risk! Please bring your own shoes!
