Melozhori Private Game Reserve Cottage

Melozhori is situated just off the N2 180 km from Cape Town. The cottage is pet friendly and we offer game viewing experience in the form of 1 Game drive included per 2 night stay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The space Melozhori Private Game Reserve Cottage is a fully equipped self-catering house located on a private game reserve in the Western Cape. It is ideal for guests looking for comfortable lodging in a tranquil setting, with an option of game viewing on-site. The cottage is situated in the middle of the reserve, high up on the hills and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living area. The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed while the second room has 2 three-quarter beds and a double sleeper-couch. Each bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. The rooms each have their own entrances and is not connected The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare and cook meals while the lounge has comfortable seating as well as a TV with Dstv Commercial Package. Free Wi-Fi (speed is soft-capped after 3GB daily use) is also available throughout the cottage and there are braai facilities and a built in fireplace. Firewood, charcoal, blitz, ice and basic items like coffee, tea, sugar, 500 ml milk, rusks, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are provided. Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a complimentary Melozhori Sparkling Grape Juice and a freshly baked bread One game drive is included per 2-night stay. The reserve is home to over 18 species of game, and most of the Cape's unique indigenous fauna and flora. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk around on the farm, or cycle, however self drive in vehicles are prohibited. Guests that brings pets must make sure their pets are on a leash when going for walks. The cottage is however fenced so pets have enough room to move around freely when guests are relaxing at the unit. The pool at the cottage is not fenced.
