Cottage in Seattle

This place has easy access to many locations. It's a 15 minute walk to Northgate light rail; then 10 minutes to downtown and 50 minutes to the airport. This beautiful backyard cottage overlooks a garden with a fountain. It is an 800 square foot studio with a large fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, full bathroom, ceiling fan, two heaters, A/C, dining area, living room area and sleeping area. Fast WiFi. There is a queen bed, convertible double bed futon couch and 2 twin sized air mattresses. The space The entryway to the backyard and the cottage have photo cell/motion sensor lighting. The cottage has a keypad entry lock that can be illuminated. There are neighbors on both sides and in the back. The cabin is only accessible from the front. There is no back entry way. The neighborhood is usually very quiet. This cottage was featured in the Seattle Governing Magazine due to its artful and unique design. Guest access The cottage has a full size kitchen and a washer dryer combo unit. There is a patio area, ask your host, it’s usually available. There is a small gas fireplace which is also one of the heaters for the unit. Other things to note A note on pets: we allow cats and dogs but we must insist on the following: Guests are responsible for their pets. Dogs must be on a leash outside the cabin to comply with the Seattle City leash laws. Cats are allowed but only indoor cats and they must remain inside the cabin and not roam the neighborhood. Remember your are responsible for proper disposal of you are pet's waste. We provide breakfast items as a welcome for our guests upon arrival.
