Orange grove cottage

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and more trees , of which fruits you can taste.The backyard under the giant mulberry the calmness of the farm , the endless view along with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the spectacular red rock/cliffs you will be climbing. Calm,peaceful almost a paradise is waiting for you! The space The house is very ergonomic and can host up to three persons (three beds provided). No caravans/RV/campers/trailers are allowed. NO GUESTS ALLOWED! The facilities are used only by the persons which are included at the reservation. (Passport or id numbers will be asked to provide due to New Legislative Framework in Greece.) NO barbecue - grill , portable or improvised or any kind of fire is allowed in the cottage outdoor space and surroundings . It is a serious violation of the law and triggers the process of arrest . On the ground floor of the house there is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa- bed(with mattress) and the bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is the bedroom with one double bed that can be separated to two singe beds , the windows allows the sun come in and see the threes the red cliffs and the sky as you lying down. According to the New Legislative Framework in Greece for short - term leases, rents should be properly and timely declared to the Inland Revenue Department of TaxisNet System (the electronic platform of the Ministry of Finance). For that purpose, guests, upon their arrival, should provide the hosts - lessors, the here in below information: 1) Full first and last name 2) Passport or id number 3) Country and address of their permanent residence. The above mentioned data are strictly confidential and in no case should be used by the host, beyond that purpose. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and farm and have their own keys and electricity power card . The cottage is been provided with free internet and free parking . Always make sure you confirm the exact persons that will be staying at the cottage.Up to three persons can be hosted at the most , undisclosed guests will not be allowed into the cottage use the facilities (this term is inflexible).No caravans/RV/campers/trailers are allowed . If undisclosed guests attempt to enter without payment or if excess reservation's included persons , the reservation will be terminated immediately with no refund given and the guests will be reported. Passport or Identity Card will be provided by guests upon arrival .This house is not a hotel room and you are a guest in it so you have to clean it , protect it and love it as if it was your own. Other things to note -This is strictly up to max three persons host . Only registered guests will be granted access to the cottage. If undisclosed guests attempt to enter without payment or if excess reservation's included persons , the reservation will be terminated immediately with no refund given and the guests will be reported. -No caravans/RV/cambers are allowed as well. -NO barbecue - grill , portable or improvised or any kind of fire is allowed in the cottage outdoor space and surroundings .
