Floor-to-ceiling windows in all living areas provide abundant natural light and create an open, calm atmosphere. The apartment is stylishly designed, clearly structured, and tailored for a high-quality stay. The private terrace extends the living space outdoors. Two separate bedrooms with queen-size box-spring beds, as well as a high-quality box-spring sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) in the living area, offer comfortable sleeping arrangements. Amenities include a 65-inch TV, a retro Nintendo console, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, and there is an additional separate guest toilet. An elevator and a private underground parking space are available, with further free parking options nearby. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Check-in is contactless via a key lockbox. Other things to note The apartment is located in a residential building with neighbors and is not suitable for parties or events. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen includes basic consumables such as dish soap, a sponge, kitchen towels, and a small selection of staple items (coffee, sugar, coffee creamer, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and selected spices). As a small welcome gesture, water and some basic provisions are provided upon arrival. A baby travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
