The Annex

The Annex is a one bedroom cottage that has been renovated for 2026 to offer our guests a fresh, modern, and comfortable place to stay. The newly refurbished bathroom offers a spacious easy walk-in electric shower, modern fittings, and a heated towel rail for added comfort and convenience. Whether you’re visiting for a short break, a countryside escape, or a business trip, The Annex provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a beautifully updated setting. The space Welcome to The Annex, a beautifully refurbished retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, and a memorable stay. Fully renovated for 2026, this stylish accommodation combines modern conveniences with charming character features to create a warm and inviting home away from home. With only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Dorset town of Sherborne, where you can enjoy many places to eat, shop and stunning scenery for walks, and places to visit. We are close to Yeovil junction, Pen mill and Sherborne train stations. The Rose and Crown are local village pub is a welcoming place, dog friendly and serves great pub food, open Wednesday- Sunday. Enjoy the Jurassic coastline for coastal walks and day trips. Most is only an hours drive away. Weymouth is under an hour away, we know of lots of walks and free parking- so just ask. Yeovil is also 10 minutes away too, boasting independent and high street stores.Leonardo is a 10/15 min drive away, which is ideal for business trips. We are happy to host your furry friend too, only small/Medium 10kg. We kindly ask you to use the front lawn for morning or bedtime toileting for your furry one. The back garden where the Annex is situated is a family space, so we just ask for your respect around that. We have some screening available for guests who stay for 2 nights or more. This is for you to enjoy the outside patio space and the table and chairs. Guest access You can enjoy the Annex to yourselves. The driveway is a shared space with family vehicles. The driveway does bend around and up and has a low wall, if you feel more confident with parking on the road, then there is always plenty of space. Other things to note There is a key lock to the right of the front door. The code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival.
