The 4-season Chalet Asgard, always temperate and ventilated, eco-responsible with its 2025 dual-flow ventilation, offers a relaxing stay in a quiet and cool environment between the sea and the countryside all year round, close to the swimming pool and the Voie Verte, 3.5 km from the beach of Fécamp in the fresh sea air. In 10 minutes on foot or by bike 🚲, you will discover the fishing ponds 🦢, the two rivers 🦆 and the magnificent sunsets in the countryside or at the beach. Enjoy your stay on the Côte d'Albâtre! The space The eco-friendly Chalet Asgard 2025, with a wooden frame made of 100% natural materials, its adjustable dual-flow temperature-controlled ventilation, its triple-glazed aluminum windows, its protected terrace and its highly insulated zinc roof, will immerse you in a relaxing atmosphere in all 4 seasons, far from the stress of modern life and the heat wave. The green garden with its vine and fig tree, the BBQ and the small logs of wood allow young and old to gather in the evening or during the day around a good shared meal or a hot or cold drink. A stone's throw from the Voie Verte at the crossroads, you can admire the sunset over the fishing pond or the sea. The tourist office on the port, 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot via the greenway, offers you multiple water activities such as kite surfing, sailing, canoeing and others, boat trips, as well as games for children and bar/restaurant terraces along the seawall and in the city center at the "petit parc". A good walk to Cap Fagnet, located at an altitude of 110 m on the high cliffs of the Pays de Caux, a remnant of the World War II "Atlantic Wall", offers an exceptional east/west panorama in the great outdoors of the Côte d'Albâtre. Surely in the various books 📚 available to you at Chalet Asgard 🦋 See you soon 🤗 Guest access 900 m from the new municipal swimming pool and the Nid de Verdier tennis and equestrian club, the chalet is easily accessible from Paris, Rouen, Dieppe, Etretat, and Le Havre. A stone's throw from the "Véloroute du Lin" at the intersection, you can walk or bike east or west for a relaxing or sporty ride. The Tourist Office will be happy to provide you with the tide schedules for low-tide shore fishing, a sunset, or a picnic on one of our beautiful, clean beaches. Tourist documents are available in Chalet Asgard: map of Normandy, hiking trails, bike routes and bike rental on the Voie Verte, bars/restaurants, activities, theater, cinema, exhibitions, shows... A paper directory will allow you to use the dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and microwave, which are at your disposal. When you return from water or walking activities, there is a small library of multilingual books about the region and others for young and old. The BBQ is available for your use. Charcoal is on sale at the Carrefour Market, a 10-minute walk from the chalet. A paid electric charging station is at your disposal with a reservation made at least 48 hours in advance. Fishing is possible with a fishing permit at the lighthouse or at the nearby river. The Chemin des Pêcheurs, located opposite the Carrefour Market, is a pretty, peaceful country walk along the banks of the "La Ganzeville" river, lasting about 30 minutes. Other things to note The sandbox and multiple board games can be made available to you upon reservation: Trivial Pursuit, Cluedo, La Bonne Paye, wooden game case, Monopoly, Risk, chess... A family welcome is also available upon reservation, with a small bed, high chair, stroller, bathtub, and some early learning games. Starting May 28, a free motorcycle 🏍️ reception will be set up at Chalet Asgard upon reservation: Enclosed outdoor parking Access possible by reservation to the private, enclosed basement Access to water, buckets, sponge, soap...
