Rented out only Sunday to Sunday during weeks 27–32 We rent out one of our apartments, Hönan, in the farmhouse on our property. Lovely location with nature plot and pastures and meadows on the doorstep, which gives a pleasant atmosphere, lovely genuine Öland nature. Close to Sandbybadet, 5 minutes by bike to a child-friendly and shallow beach that is one of Öland's finest beaches. Patio with barbecue grill. Other things to note Parking space: 1 parking space is available for this accommodation. Bed linens, towels & toilet paper are the responsibility of the tenant. The tenant assumes that... • The tenant will take good care of the home and its contents, and will immediately notify the landlord of any damage, defects or the presence of vermin and pests. Renter is not required to reimburse any damage incurred through normal wear and tear. • Not without the consent of the landlord, transfer the contract or sublet the accommodation. • Only those people who booked the accommodation can stay there. If more people stay in the cottage, a fee of SEK 2000/person & night will be charged • Do not make changes to the accommodation without the landlord's consent. • Follow the regulations that apply to the accommodation, for example rules for the use of patios, source sorting, etc. • Be responsible for damage or loss of equipment, such as broken furniture, or for damage to the accommodation caused by the tenant or by someone for whom the tenant is responsible. • Have a home insurance that is valid during the entire rental period. • When moving out, clean the house and return all keys to the landlord/key box. See the cleaning list to see what to do during the final cleaning. If the cleaning is not properly done according to instructions, the guest will be charged SEK 1500. Special conditions • Fur animals are not allowed • Smoking is not allowed indoors, it takes place in the designated place outdoors • After 10 pm, it should be quiet in the garden with regard to nearby residents. We charge a fee of SEK 6,000 for cleaning if someone has smoked or had fur animals indoors.
