An atmospheric studio in a tenement house in the very center. Beautiful space with exposed brick and original wooden floor. Air conditioning, kitchenette and large wardrobe in the hallway. Leaving the tenement house to the left, after 50 m, the promenade begins, crossing the road to the right, we are in the Wine Park and the Palm House. You can't imagine a better location.
