The Barn

A recently rebuilt barn in the grounds of the existing owners' house. Fully self-contained and offering comfortable accommodation with full cooking facilities (including a dishwasher) and a large lounge and dining area. It has a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. Guests can use the garden facilities and there is complimentary tea, coffee and milk. All towels and bed linen are provided. There is a sofa bed if more than 2 people stay. We can also provide a cot for babies. The space A comfortable and spacious fully modernised and rebuilt barn in a quiet rural setting. There is a smart TV and DVD with a selection of movies to watch. There is plenty of off-road parking space right next to The Barn which will accommodate two cars comfortably. Guest access Guests are welcome to relax in the garden and we also have a BBQ available for guest's use. (Please note the garden is used by the owners too). We can also offer the use of a washing machine and tumble drier. Other things to note There is a superb pub in the village just 200 yards from The Barn where they serve excellent food and drink. There are some lovely walks nearby and an RSPB reserve just two miles away in Needingworth. There is a fast fibre wireless internet connection throughout the property, and the area benefits from a strong mobile phone connection. The property also has a smart TV which enables you to log in to your own streaming accounts such as Amazon Prime and Netflix.
