Historic countryside house with sauna and hot tub

Stay in a historic countryside house surrounded by quiet nature in Pärnu County. The house has 250 m² of space, a sauna, hot tub and outdoor areas for slow rural days. Set on 2 hectares among open fields, it is not a polished hotel-style stay, but a simple and atmospheric place for guests who enjoy privacy, nature, traditional architecture and places with a story. The surroundings offer peace, greenery and a slower pace away from everyday noise. The space Guests have access to a spacious historic countryside house, a sauna building and the outdoor area. The house has 250 m² of space, three bedrooms, a kitchen, living areas, one bathroom and two toilets. The house is suitable for guests who appreciate a private, peaceful and characterful countryside home rather than a hotel-style stay. For sleeping, the house has three bedrooms with a total of seven beds. In addition, there are two sofa beds that can be used as extra sleeping places if needed. The kitchen is available for guests and has everything needed for everyday cooking and dining: a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils. The living areas offer space to spend time together, watch TV, enjoy the fireplace and host more festive dinners or relaxed gatherings. In the sauna building, guests can use the sauna and shower room. There is a covered seating area in front of the sauna. Outdoors, guests can use the wood-fired hot tub, which is included in the price. Please note that the hot tub needs to be filled with water and heated with firewood by the guests. By prior agreement and for an additional fee, it is possible to order the hot tub to be filled and heated in advance. The outdoor area also includes a BBQ grill, a designated fire pit and parking space for up to four cars. The house is located on a 2-hectare property among open fields. Guests can enjoy the outdoor area, quietness and green surroundings, but please note that the property is not fully fenced. There are several beautiful natural places and small local attractions nearby. For walking and enjoying nature, you can visit Nedrema Wooded Meadow, Empsu Island, Tuhu Landscape Protection Area with its observation tower, Avaste and Nätsi-Võlla nature reserves, and Ura Landscape Protection Area. In summer, you can drive to Valgeranna, Matsi Beach or Pärnu Beach. Nearby places also include Liblikamaja, Tamme Farm Herb Garden, Veltsa Park, Mihkli Church, Tõstamaa Manor and Lihula Manor. The nearest grocery store is Koonga Coop. Some storage areas, technical rooms and owner’s supplies are not available for guest use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house, the sauna building and the outdoor area. All rooms in the main house may be used. The property borders gravel roads on two sides. Behind the house there is a cultivated field, which is not part of the guest area — please do not enter it. On one side, there is a wire fence separating the neighbouring property. Guests may spend time freely in the outdoor area, but please note that the property is not fully fenced. The outbuilding opposite the main house is locked and is not available for guest use. Some cupboards inside the house may also be locked and are used for the owner’s supplies.
